Port Operations Associate (Subaru Hawaii)

The Port Operations Associate handles the clerical tasks for all shipments, both incoming and outgoing as well as accessories for Subaru Hawaii. You will be assisting with daily activities of the Subaru port operations functions at the pier and all storage facilities as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with ordering of accessories, receiving of accessories, processing work orders and maintaining inventory for accessories within our Oracle system.
• Assist with all inter-island shipping requests, updating shipment schedules and logs and tracking destination changes
• Assists Port Ops team with vehicle receiving at the port, prepping and shipping of vehicles to dealers.
• Assist with accessory installs as needed

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum two years working with Servco inventory
• Port operations work experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Oracle proficiency preferred
• Accurate data entry
• Able to operate manual and automatic transmission preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Good driving record
