As the Partnerships & Events Marketing Manager you will be responsible for managing key partnerships and activations for the Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru Hawaii brands. This includes sponsorships and promotions, ensuring proper alignment with Servco’s brands for collaboration with organizations who embody Servco’s culture and can be a further expression of our brands. The Partnerships & Events Marketing Manager is tasked with engaging online and offline experiences.
You will work with the Sr. Marketing Manager, Content, Creative & Partnerships to oversee every aspect of strategy, planning, partner and vendor negotiations all the way to final execution and follow-up. This person will also manage a Partnerships & Events Specialist.
We are seeking an extremely organized individual who is able to manage the logistics of multiple events/programs/partnerships simultaneously. Responsibilities include development of events calendar, execution of events, securing sponsors, planning and budgeting, and collaboration with internal teams. In addition, this position manages of team of casual part-time field marketers and aspects of Servco’s corporate philanthropy programs.
