The Web Analytics Implementation Lead will support Digital Strategy’s web platform initiatives by facilitating tracking, extracting data, implementing A/B tests, and acting as Servco’s Google Analytics subject matter expert. This person will be responsible for tag implementation and optimization on enterprise websites and applications, perform quality checks to ensure successful execution, as well as diagnose and resolve technical issues as they arise. They will also be responsible for leading our Google Analytics strategy, understand the data being gathered and assist business and technical partners with data reporting.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Support web analytics projects that enhance and facilitate tracking and reporting improvements such as easier data extraction, new reporting capabilities, deeper insights, and integrations between GA360, Google Optimize and other data sources

    Responsible for effectively tagging and tracking cross channel marketing campaigns

  • Maintain an actionable and prioritized backlog comprised of tagging and tracking tasks, platform features and technical enablers

    Write actionable user stories and maintain groomed backlog utilizing business priorities

    Incorporate technical changes

    Work with the agile team members to create implementation roadmaps

  • Identify traffic trends by channel and audience, user experience issues and opportunities for improving site conversion
  • Configure and use website analytics and testing platforms to measure performance of experiments

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in web analytics and digital ad technologies
  • 2+ years of experience working with Google Analytics 360, Tag Manager, DataStudio and Google Optimize
  • 2+ years of experience working with HTML, JavaScript and RegEx
  • 2+ years of experience in A/B testing
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence and Slack
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification
  • Deep subject matter expertise in the Google Marketing Platform
  • Proven knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, RegEx, and Chrome developer tools
  • Ability to architect and implement tagging solutions based on tracking requirements
  • Hands-on experience carrying out thorough cross-device and cross-browser testing
  • Experience reviewing and optimizing 3rd party integrations such as HotJar for performance
  • Ability to identify and capture business needs and requirements
  • Analytical and critical thinker with ability to manage projects and problem solve
  • Team player with strong communication skills and business acumen
