Servco is looking for a Manager of HR Operations to join our Human Resources department. This position is responsible for optimizing the delivery of HR Operations and partnering collaboratively with other HR leaders to design and deliver HR business processes. This role will also be responsible for the administration of employee benefit plans and policies and ensures the administration of those plans comply with legal requirements, meets employee needs, and are in line with the company’s strategic plans. This position will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of dynamic individuals to support and meet the HR needs of our employees from day one to retirement. 

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures accurate and timely completion of HR transactions, including frequent audit reviews
  • Interprets and administers Servco’s benefit programs and policies
  • Ensures our benefit programs and policies are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Oversees the administration of our leave management process and policies
  • Provides clear and understandable communication of our benefit programs and policies to our employees
  • Partners with and supports all Payroll related processes
  • Continuously provides recommendations for new HR programs or enhancements to existing programs
  • Develop and lead a team of independent and knowledgeable individuals to administer our benefit and HR programs and answer any questions from our employees.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of Benefits Administration or HR Operations experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in a union environment highly desirable
  • Expertise in benefit programs
  • Knowledgeable of Federal and State labor laws as it relates to HR and Benefits
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline driven
  • Ability to multi-task and have sound judgement to prioritize those tasks
  • Ability to motivate and coach team members to reach their highest potential
  • Excellent time management skills of both themselves and their team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Natural leader skilled at problem solving
  • Excellent collaborator that’s consultative and resourceful
