Servco’s Leadership Acceleration Program (LAP) is an opportunity to learn Servco’s businesses to help lead, accelerate change, and positively impact business operations and the customer service experience. In this 2-year rotational program, sponsored by Servco’s Executive Committee, participants will learn “hands-on,” the key areas of the company on Oahu, the Neighbor Islands, and in Australia. There will be leadership training and development, projects, mentoring and continuous learning expectations.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed into a leadership role within the company based on the individual’s interests, skills, and the needs of the business. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with the desire and drive for accelerated development and responsibilities leading to a progressive leadership career at Servco.
Must be willing to relocate to and within Hawaii.
