Are you great at working with people? Servco Auto Customer Service is looking for a Customer Relations Representative to help retain and make a positive impact with our Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru customers by fielding customer inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the interface with Toyota, Lexus and Subaru owners and dealerships regarding inquiries and/or complaints to positively impact owner satisfaction and retention
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and mail
  • Analyze and manage customer concerns
  • Escalate challenging customer concerns to the appropriate person
  • Research unique customer requests using online resources and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document all customer contacts

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Accurate keyboarding and navigational skills using various computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills
  • Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to input information while actively communicating with customers
  • Automotive technical knowledge or experience a plus
