The Project Manager will work collaboratively with process owners in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. They will envision and execute projects that lead to improved processes and business models and will act as a consultant on the implementation of new tools, process analysis and improvement, procedures, change management, and facilitate business case development where needed. The Project Manager will also supervise project coordinators, including development planning and performance management.



  • Provide leadership and coaching to project coordinators in process analysis and improvement, project management (Waterfall and Agile), and change management skills, including familiarization with the various units within Servco
  • Challenge the status quo to identify and eliminate non-value work, building the business case for change as appropriate
  • Track the progress of projects, including schedules and resources, and provide advice on executing effective projects as needed
  • Understand and manage change management issues
  • Identify, understand, and communicate risk and establish proactive mitigation plans to reduce or eliminate the probability of occurrence
  • Work with process teams to document requirements such as, “as is” and “to be” processes and user stories, design and implement improved use of technology, conduct measurements, causal analysis and perform data analysis
  • Observe processes and interview project team (including stakeholders, customers, or vendors) to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Create and/or complete process documentation and recommend changes and process improvements
  • Guide business case development as needed to achieve the business benefits expected by the process owner / sponsor / stakeholder
  • Provide strong facilitation skills and leadership to drive project execution
  • Perform other related duties to assist process team
  • Provide instructor led training (Agile certification, Kaizen/Lean, process mapping, etc)



  • 3 years of process improvement work that includes related analysis and assessment/redesign or project management (Waterfall and Agile) work
  • Must be able to serve in any Scrum roles, provide Agile coaching and facilitate SoS (Scrum of Scrum) and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sessions
  • Experience in both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum framework and methodology
  • Proficient in business case development, process documentation, measurement, causal analysis, financial analysis and skilled in project management methodologies and tools (Waterfall and Agile) including project management documentation
  • Familiar with change management methodology & tools, proficient with Microsoft collaboration tools (MS Teams and Sharepoint) and all Microsoft Office application tools
  • Able to conduct and facilitate a training class and design thinking in creating innovative solutions
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and multi-task, has strong verbal and written communication skills, strong facilitation competency and experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing people
  • At least one: Six Sigma or other process certification, PMP, design thinking, Certified Scrum Master (I, II, III), Change management
  • Scrum Master I certification must be achieved within 6 months of employment
