The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing Servco Automotive’s overall direction for our email and fixed operations (service/parts) marketing. They will work collaboratively with the marketing, digital strategy, and automotive retail dealer/distribution operation teams to ensure an integrated “digital-first” approach to marketing programs and campaigns designed to drive key business objectives.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

 

Email Marketing:

  • Work with the marketing and digital strategy teams on our overall automotive email marketing plans and strategies
  • Oversee the planning, production, deployment, measurement and reporting of all email marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage budgets for all email marketing
  • Manage and maintain the overall email calendar
  • Manage current/new initiatives for list segmentation, triggered and automated emails, email journeys, promotional campaigns, dynamic content, and personalization
  • Improve the performance of our email campaigns through such tactics as A/B testing
  • Conduct periodic reviews of our email workflows and look for ways to improve efficiencies
  • Collaborate with the marketing and digital strategy teams for ways to grow our email database
  • Conduct ongoing training, coaching, and development of other team members on email and email strategy
  • Keep abreast with new technology, systems and best practices

 

Service Marketing:

  • Work with the automotive retail dealers to develop the fixed operations (service/parts) marketing plans, strategies and budgets
  • Develop and refine Servco benchmarks and KPIs for fixed operations (service/parts) marketing
  • Monitor, manage and report on performance against KPIs monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Analyze results to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations integrated into our marketing plans for email and fixed operations (service/parts) marketing
  • Work closely with marketing and digital strategy team members to optimize email and fixed operation+s (service/parts) website landing pages
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and best practices including CAN-SPAM

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing email marketing programs
  • 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing (including paid social media) experience at an advertising agency or corporate brand marketing department
  • Automotive marketing and project management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • HTML & CSS proficiency
  • Knowledge of SPAM & data privacy laws
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Process orientated, highly organized, excels at multitasking. Strong documentation, coordination & project management skills
  • Ability to develop & execute successful campaigns while having the flexibility to make changes & quickly adapt to changing business needs
  • Ability to build relationships & collaborate across functional areas within the company
