Are you dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and leading a team of automotive service professionals? Servco Lexus Honolulu is looking for a Service Manager to lead a team of service professionals. The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and profitable service department including planning, organizing, and measuring the day-to-day operations of the department. This position will also be responsible for building and managing an effective service team to achieve financial, employee, and customer satisfaction targets.

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Service Consultants and motivate them to obtain sales and customer service index targets
  • Supervise Dispatchers and Auto Technicians to ensure repairs are completed in a safe and timely manner
  • Direct Lot Attendants to move vehicles and shuttle customers safely
  • Manage and ensure warranty administration staff completes paperwork accurately
  • Monitor, report, and correct any safety or compliance issues

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • A.S. Degree in Auto Technology and ASE certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Minimum three years of auto dealership service management experience
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of auto dealership service management system
  • DealerTrack and Lexus warranty processing experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong problem solver that is analytical and organized
  • Natural leader who’s able to build teams and make decisions
