As a Production Assistant, you will create captivating content, communications, and advertising for our Marketing team in Hawaii. You will support our in-house team at select shoots, helping with the set, driving and prepping vehicles. A successful team member is willing to do what it takes to get things done properly.

Responsibilities:

  • Transport and position vehicles as directed
  • Transport equipment
  • Help prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc.
  • Assist with set breakdown and cleaning
  • Drives picture car or camera car on set
  • Supports directors, camera people, crew, and team members
  • Manages printing and distributing of daily paperwork (e.g. scripts, call sheets, talent releases)
  • Acts as a runner, distributing messages or items within film crew and cast
  • Manages crowd control
  • Undertakes errands as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in film, communication, media or related field preferred
  • 6 months of production experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Must be energetic, a team player, responsible, and organized
