Customer Service Ambassador

Servco is looking for a Customer Service Ambassador to warmly greet customers in the service drive, confirm they have a service appointment, and confirm completion of the COVID wellness check at Servco Lexus Honolulu Service. This position may also assist with additional wellness screens (i.e. scan customer’s temperature) and obtain customer and vehicle information needed by the Service Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly acknowledge and greet customers in the service drive
• Confirm customer has completed Servco’s COVID wellness check
• Scan customer’s forehead to determine if their body temperature is within the acceptable range
• Politely ask customers the purpose of their service appointment
• Obtain customer’s vehicle mileage, contact information, and other pertinent information

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum one year of customer service work experience
• Strong communication and customer relations skills
• Must be customer focused and a team player
