Servco is looking for a Product Planning Specialist to provide support to our Product Planning/Inventory Product Management team.





  • Load vehicle data into distribution system while maintaining accuracy
  • Create support tickets in a timely fashion with all relevant information needed to troubleshoot as issues occur
  • Monitor notifications from the distribution system and assist with troubleshooting errors
  • Create Sales Information Sheets based on information in Suffix Tables within deadlines determined by Product Managers
  • Provide support for creation of vehicle information documents
  • Compile vehicle comparison data



  • High School Diploma or GET certificate
  • College degree in preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience in automotive distribution or sales operations
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Microsoft Access and Oracle Operational Knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills
  • Strong team player
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
