We are looking for a Corporate Reporting Manager who is experienced in accounting research and has the skills to perform thoughtful accounting analysis to ultimately provide recommendations on actions, accounting policies, and reporting disclosures.  In addition, this person will add another layer of review and approval authority to ensure segregation of duties and proper review controls are in place.



  • Provide accounting advice through technical accounting research and analysis to ensure proper application of GAAP and IFRS to non-recurring, complex or new transactions and the development of required disclosures.   Ensure there is alignment of accounting policies globally and adoption of emerging GAAP across all Divisions.
  • Oversee the cash management process.  Understand the Company’s cash management process and maintain relationships with bank contacts as well as internal partners such as Accounts Payable and Credit.  Review, monitor, and ensure effectiveness of cash management controls.
  • Assist VP with oversight over the global audit.  This requires understanding of audit procedures, ability to prepare and review audit schedules/workpapers, and effective communication with the auditors.
  • Assist with the integration of new businesses and operations, including development of data transmission process from source systems, communication of internal control procedures over financial close and reporting process, identification of intercompany transactions, and revision of consolidated financials and footnotes for new accounting and disclosure requirements.
  • Partner with divisional accounting teams to ensure that financial results are accurate and submitted timely and follows global internal control policies over the financial close process.  Identify, document, and record elimination and consolidation journal entries.
  • Perform system administrator tasks in FCCS including opening/closing periods, adding/updating metadata, mapping from source systems to FCCS, validation of data, maintaining tasks, templates, and schedules, and partnering with managed services team to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships to share information, establish partnerships, and leverage expertise to accomplish goals.  Maintains the cohesiveness and harmony of the team environment but also sensitive to the individual characteristics of team members.
  • Promotes efforts aimed at improving current business processes through a culture that fosters continuous improvement and innovation. Identifies and implements improvements and innovations that increase efficiency and enhance work quality. Promotes ongoing development of staff and takes initiative to assess and self-develop supervisory competencies.
  • Ensures tasks are appropriately delegated and completed by monitoring performance against predetermined standards and requirements and holding staff accountable for meeting expectations. Trains and develops staff, provides constructive performance feedback, and takes appropriate corrective action to address performance and conduct issues.
  • Manages projects and leads initiatives. Organizes resources, people, and activities; and ensures collaboration and the achievement of goals.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum of seven years of accounting experience, of which at least three years should be in public accounting and three years should be in a management capacity.
  • Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) license
  • Experience preparing consolidated financial statements (including foreign subsidiaries with noncontrolling shareholders), purchase accounting, and business combination integrations.
  • Experience in Oracle FCCS or Hyperion Financial Management (“HFM”) preferred
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Technical accounting skills with the ability to perform in-depth research analysis and provides recommendations when accounting options exist.
  • Ability to effectively document accounting policies, accounting analysis, and controls. 
  • Ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it.
  • Ability to communicate financial and non-financial information so that it is understood by individuals with diverse capabilities and interests.  Identifies and uses the most appropriate communication channel for the message and audience.
  • Comfortable with and able to work effectively in situations where there is a lack of information and clear outcomes. Able to develop sound recommendations and confidently support them.
  • Ability to plan and organize work that produces clear and comprehensive reports/projects timely and accurately. This include identifying priorities, processes, and practical actions needed; and developing detailed action/project plans.
