  • Overview

    At Servco Forklift and Industrial Equipment, we are committed to providing top notch service to our customers. Our Lead Technician will service and repair Toyota and Raymond brand forklifts and related equipment in the field and in our shop and assist with training and direction for our Technicians.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Correctly diagnose, service, and repair forklifts and related equipment
    • Resolve difficult to diagnose repairs and comebacks
    • Complete all related paperwork
    • Actively contribute and participate in all available technical training
    • Review technical bulletins, publications, and other resources available to improve knowledge and skills
    • Train lower level technicians to diagnose, service, and repair forklifts and related equipment
    • Maintain customer satisfaction levels to meet or exceed customer expectations
    • Provide recommendations to service management on dispatching and estimating

     

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Associate’s Degree in Auto Technology or equivalent
    • Minimum 10 years of forklift or automotive repair work experience
    • Work experience training entry level technicians preferred
    • Minimum 6 ASE certifications
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
    • Ability to operate manual transmission
    • Strong diagnostic skills
    • Strong communication and customer relations skills
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • Analytical, detail oriented, and able to problem solve
    • Must be able to provide your own tools
