The Oracle Cloud Integration Specialist will be responsible for the support and administration of a diverse array of Oracle cloud and custom developed integration technologies used to interface Oracle cloud application to multiple 3rd party systems. The Oracle Cloud Integration Specialist will be the technical authority for his/her area of responsibility including upgrades, enhancements, patches, and overall maintenance.



  • Support and administer Oracle cloud as well as custom developed integration technologies in the Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) environments
    • Oversee the administration and support of all Oracle cloud integration technologies and custom developed integration technologies
    • Identify opportunities to improve performance integration functionality and resilience
    • Work with Servco business unit Oracle analysts to ensure the successful and timely implementation of all Oracle functionality enhancements, upgrades, and patches. This includes assisting in all required regression testing
    • Work with users and vendors to identify functional and technical gaps, create work estimates, oversees integration designs and custom solutions to fulfil business unit requirements
    • Identify bugs and create and track all related Oracle Service Requests (SR) to resolution
  • Ensure Oracle support vendors meet all contractual requirements, including service level agreements and deliverables
  • Ensure a high level of customer service in support of business operations
  • Maintain proficiency in Oracle technical expertise through all means of training available



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or another technical field
  • At Servco’s discretion, 5 years of in-depth, hands on Oracle integration experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree requirement
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in developing and supporting ERP integrations and java development
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in writing interfaces using SOAP and REST
  • 2 years of hands on development and administration experience with at least two of the following technologies:
    • BI Publisher
    • Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
    • Oracle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
    • Java, Oracle Java Cloud Service (JCS/ JCS-SX)
    • Oracle Universal Content Management (UCM)
    • Oracle Weblogic
  • Experience with interfacing between Oracle Cloud or ERP and 3rd party systems
  • Experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) preferred
  • Experience working with Oracle SaaS modules including supply chain management, procurement, financials, discrete manufacturing preferred
  • Experience in interfacing with Logfire Warehouse Management System preferred
  • Ability to maintain deep and comprehensive knowledge of Oracle cloud technologies
  • Collaborative and strong team player
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities, specifications and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and changes.
  • Track record of following through on commitments and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to effectively handle difficult people or situations/issues
