    Are you seeking a challenging position where you’ll lead a wide range of marketing activities?  Servco is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans for our automotive retail marketing campaigns and initiatives.

     

    The Marketing Manager is the internal lead for all of Servco's advertising efforts (broadcast, print, SEM, display, social, video, etc.) and partners with Servco’s roster of agencies to manage multiple digital campaigns from concept to design to development and implementation to optimization across a number of brands.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the internal strategic lead to drive multi-channel campaign development
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop relevant and effective campaigns
    • Ensure integration and open communication with other marketing disciplines in order to work collaboratively to meet business goals
    • Share knowledge and expertise on the target audience vis-à-vis their digital consumption and emerging trends
    • Act as a liaison to the brand teams, facilitate the agencies’ development of project briefs, review creative materials, and evaluate how it meets the objectives of the brief
    • Act as an internal resource to set up and manage search and social campaigns.
    • Facilitate strong communication across brand teams and the agencies to ensure best-in-class campaign delivery and deployment
    • Foster strong relationships between the media and creative agencies to promote innovative approaches and flawless campaign deployment (i.e., specs, tagging, trafficking, etc.)
    • Collect and analyze reporting from multiple channels in order to draw conclusions
    • Provide recommendations to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns
    • Provide strategic optimization recommendations to digital team and brand managers
    • Monitor lead tracking sources including 1st party (DialogTech, DealerSocket, Xtime, etc.) and 3rd party sources (Autotrader/KBB) to develop optimization strategies and tactics
    • Proactively communicate project status and flag potential risks/dependencies to internal stakeholders
    • Partner closely with the brand team and assist with overseeing team expectations, schedules, budgets, and scopes
    • Review internal stakeholder feedback and ensure revisions are implemented correctly and within project parameters
    • Manage agency teams to maximize productivity and improve output

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • 5 years of experience in marketing or account management (Account Executive/Manager and above) at an agency or brand
    • Automotive experience a plus
    • Working knowledge of Google AdWords and Facebook advertising platforms
    • Familiarity with ad serving platforms such as Atlas, Doubleclick, etc.
    • Experience setting up and effectively using tracking pixels and utilizing other measurement tools
    • Strong analytics skills and passion for ongoing optimization and learning
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Self-driven with the ability to work effectively independently and across various time zones
