    Servco is looking for a Receptionist to welcome visitors to the corporate office by greeting them personally and professionally.  This person is the first point of contact with our guests and customers and is responsible for maintaining the security of the office by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.


    • Greet and direct visitors entering the corporate office. Identify all non-employee guests, note in visitor log, and distribute guest passes. Confirm appointment with internal team member and announce guests’ arrival.
    • Performs administrative support duties under general supervision.  Tasks to include but not exclusive to answering, screening and forwarding phone calls, processing deliveries of the U.S. postal mail, interdepartmental mail, couriers and general deliveries, and supporting various departments with projects as assigned.
    • Update and maintain standard operating procedure book to enable backup personnel to efficiently cover duties in absence of receptionist.
    • Maintain tidiness of common lobby area and replenish refreshments, copiers, general office supplies.


    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist or front office support in a professional office environment
    • High-energy, friendly and outgoing personality
    • Familiar with a windows computer environment with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment
    • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to efficiently communicate with all levels of the organization and maintain a high level of confidentiality with a demonstrated ability to represent the company professionally and handle situations with tact and diplomacy
    • Demonstrated problem solving skills
    • Able to work independently
    • Ability to maintain a positive, solution-focused demeanor when responding to conflicts or problems
