    Are you seeking a challenging position where you’ll have the opportunity to support Servco’s Automotive Retail business?  We have an opening for an Automotive Retail Business Coordinator to join our Administrative team.


    • Provide administrative and analytical support to Auto Retail Administration and other departments within Auto Retail
    • File appropriate Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA) license applications, renewals and updates within deadlines established by the DCCA.
    • Collect and report information from various automotive systems, including:
      • Dealertrack
      • DealerSocket Blackbird
      • DealerSocket Inventory+
      • XTime
      • Axcessa
    • Maintain and distribute commission templates
    • Manage Recall and Deadline vehicle inventory in Dealertrack
    • Update vehicle inventory on Dealertrack for PIOs installed by the dealer
    • Partner with the Digital Strategy and Marketing teams
    • Provide support to Executive Secretaries as needed


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting preferred
    • 3 years of experience with operational analysis, trend reporting, and project management
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
    • Ability to take initiative and work independently 
    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines
    • General business operations knowledge
    • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
